In this **HR Business Partner **role:
**You'll partner to proactively identify and solve issues**
- You will manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs
- You will manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic, in close cooperation with HR Director and IR Manager
- You will act as partner and coach towards Business Managers
- You will work closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment
- You will facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team (i.e.
Organizational Management System, site capability assessment, start-up pool)
- You will work closely to business on O2D/BCA and other business related processes, in order to support organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting as a consultant
- You will organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees
- You will deliver the HR plans, Policies and Procedures
- You will manage exit interviews process by involving the Line Managers

**Now, here's what we need from you**
- At least 6 years of experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment of Logistic.
- Bachelor Degree in Humanistic, Legal and/or Economic
- Coaching approach and open minded and positive attitudes
- Experience within Industrial Relations
- Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy
- Result oriented
- Reliable and accurate
- Able to tactically deal with complex situations
- Strong interpersonal relationships with different levels in the organization
- Effective communication skills
- Able to perform under pressure and with demanding deadlines
- Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
- Languages: Italian (native) English (fluent)
- IT skills: Office package; DB and HR platform users usage
