**About the role**:
As HR Business Partner you will be the main referral for line management and support and engage them in realizing the critical success factors as defined by the regional and local business units.
Reporting to the Head of HR Italy you will take care of all HR matters within our Italian MCG sites Italy (MCAM Rho MCAM Modena and Resindion - around 130 employees).
You ensure constructive collaboration with the work council and government agencies for local social legislation, collective labor agreements, internal HR procedures and policies.
You will work closely with the local management to implement at local level the HR strategy and the initiatives defined by the EMEA Region, promoting an open and transparent environment in compliance with the MCG culture and values and the KAITEKI philosophy.
You should be located in one of our sites**:_Rho (MI), Binasco (MI) or Modena(MO)_**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Be the HR ambassador and first point of contact for the site leadership team at the three sites of responsibility
- Develop and deploy the Italian HR strategy in collaboration with the site leadership team to manage and drive the culture and align the organization according to the Mitsubishi Chemical Group approach
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Strong experience in the HR forecast and budget process
- Support local management in proper and effective performance management to ensure the talent pipeline for the future, assess and develop talent, and coach Managers on the process through
- Identify the learning, training, and development needs of the organization and implement appropriate training plans
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Advise the organization on Compensation & Benefits package and guarantee a smooth and qualitative performance & remuneration review process
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage the implementation of diverse assigned HR projects
- Communicate on HR policies and guidelines throughout the organization
- Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading and coaching others through change and help build organizational capability in line with business strategy
- Support the Safety & KAITEKI culture according to the company guidelines
**Your Qualifications and Skills**:
- University Degree in Economics, Law or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources
- Several years of experience in a Senior HR role in fast-paced environment in a international company with complex and matrix organisations
- Prior experience in a production environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in italian and English
- Well-organized, people oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Coaching background is an asset
- Combination of conceptual thinking and hands-on approach
- Experience with or strong confidence in leading a small team is a plus
- Experience in change management projects is an advantage
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and empathetic skills
- Ability to resolve conflict and work in complex organizational settings
