We are looking for a talented **HR Business Partner** to join our fantastic store in **Munich**.
The HR Business Partner is a key position inside our stores.
He / she reports to Store Manager directly and to our Corporate HR Operations Manager, based in the Italian HQ, as matrix manager.
As HR BP, you will define, develop and manage all people related projects, topics, matters and processes.

- Guarantee a great employee's experience
- Contribute to position Eataly as an Ideal Employer in the local mark
- Collaborate and co-create the local recruiting strategy, in accordance with Corporate guidelines
- Assure the right staffing by an efficient recruitment
- Guarantee the right onboarding, training an competence development
- Be a bridge and connector with local schools & universities in order to attract and retain the many talents
- Engage Public Institution and associations
- Act as strategic partner for the Store Management Team mainly on organizational matters
- Manage administrative and operational activities
- Manage, Monitor and Improve the investment in terms of labor cost
- Manage all the employees' relations and their impact
- Be an active player in the global HR community projects
Fluency in Italian & English is a must, German nice to have.
We are looking for positive attitude, high energy, passion and at least 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience ideally in Retail/Hospitality.
Act as a change agent and brand ambassador, people orientation, but also analytical skills are key elements to succeed in this role.
