**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop effective working relationships with business leaders, whilst supporting them on the development and delivery of their talent plans in line with the division's strategies.
- Work in partnership with the business to manage employee relations issues.
- Ensure there is a viable talent pipeline at all levels and within all functions by implementing best - in - class talent management practices.
Develop University relations with the view to enhancing the company's employer of choice image among students.
- Assess, deliver and facilitate HR programs, including employment branding, talent acquisition, performance management, talent planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
- Provide coaching to managers to resolve conflicts, enhance team effectiveness, increase employee engagement, and ensure support of organization changes and business plans.
- Work with HR leadership to implement HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Coordinate performance review processes, from probation assessment to annual reviews.
**Requirements**:
**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in HR or Business Administration with a specialization in HR.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation as a previous HRBP.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrate good working knowledge of employment law; strong coaching capability; ability to operate in a stand-alone role, have strong communication skills, be adaptable to change, have the ability to influence across all levels in the organisation, experience of working in a matrixed organisation and be a flexible team member.
- Must have legal right to work in the country without any visa sponsorship needed.
