This Position is located in Milano and it is required to travel among the working locations: 40% for Milazzo plant, 30% for Milano Office, 30% for Padova Office Job Purpose and Impact
The Human Resources Business Partner will execute and deliver from moderate to complex people processes focused on people and culture strategy, implementation of solutions to improve performance and engagement, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities. In this role, you will provide support to key stakeholders, managers, plant supervisors and employees and analyze metrics at plant/offices locations located in the north (Milan, Padua) and in the south (Milazzo). Key Accountabilities
Partner with key leaders on the execution of local people and culture plans. Support the identification and implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase productivity and mitigate people risks for the plant while also building an inclusive culture. Support execution of workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location. Communicate and adopt diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices in plant locations. Leverage moderately complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at offices and plant locations. Provide support to managers,plant supervisors and employees, act as the first point of contact for related questions, onboard new employees, triage every day grievance matters support leave management, and manage on site audits. Independently solve issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff (Center of Expertise). Manage day to day relation with local employee representative bodies (union) Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology or Human Sciences.
Minimum of five years of related work experience as plant HRBP and or HR Generalist;
Good knowledge about the National Chemical and Trade contracts
Fluent in English and Italian
