Il nostro cliente Big Financial Company based in the hearth of Milan La figura ricercata Key Responsabilities:
Be a partner of the managers and support the business stake-holders across all the HR issues, suggesting improvements and providing solutions on all the HR projects; Develop a strong network with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Be a central part in the definition of the HR strategies, and shape them following all the business requirements; Make sure all the HR processes are properly defined locally, following the company guidelines, in accordance to all contexts and their peculiarities; Through the company tools, make sure the annual targets are in budget and proceeding as planned; Give support on: Compensation Review Processes; Internal Mobility and Job Rotations; Organizational changes. Deliver on time, within budget and to high quality our annual TOM target on Workday Workforce Planning and supporting managers in budget definition in relation to HCs permanent and fixed. Il candidato prescelto Ideal candidates profile:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics or related fields; Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a complex organization; Have a minim experience in a similar role of at least 7 years; Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team and with others, across different company functions and roles; Ability to manage complex projects.
