The Position As a HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will act as a strategic business partner and change agent to the departments in scope, counselling Line of Business (LOB) on all HR-related topics. You will co-create with Leadership new organisational set-ups.

Furthermore, you will:

Support, advise, challenge, and coach directors and managers on all HR-related topics and coordinate on activities such as change management, recruitment, onboarding, mobility, career development, conflict handling, and terminations. Drive and implement HR projects or processes in the departments in scope, including performance reviews, salary reviews, succession and talent reviews, climate surveys, and development plans. Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk guidelines and local labour regulations, with support from internal departments and external stakeholders. Coordinate and handle administrative tasks for all employees in respective areas and liaise with external vendors/advisors. Lead negotiation of agreements with employees. Qualifications To be successful for this position, you have a MSc degree in any related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience, acquired in complex organisations and international companies, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You are experienced in navigating in legally complex labour markets and you have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
