Responsibilities: Serve as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the designated population located in two different plants in Italy, offering guidance and assistance to functional managers and employees while leading the improvement of the related HR KPIES.
This is a generalist role where you will partner with stakeholders across the Company focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee experience & engagement, talent development & performance management, benefits, compensation, and administration support.
This role will support employees working in operations (manufacturing and supply chain) and service area.
Duties: Define the strategy and lead the recruitment processes in line with HR Processes and guidelines; Deploy a meaningful on-boarding process Support the execution of programs aimed at improving employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction, focusing on career development and growth opportunities.
Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights to foster a positive work environment Provide recommendations to management based on issue analysis and assist people managers in finding optimal solutions for employees.
Act as a culture champion, promoting the organization's purpose and values throughout all HR initiatives and employee interactions.
Align with Planning to ensure a proper workforce planning is in place.
Ensure proper HR Administration for the served population Monitor and enhance monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
Support Union relation keeping a constant alignment with internal representatives Advice Management regarding labor law and employee relations activities.
Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture that reflects the company's values and enhances employee engagement.
Required competencies and skills: Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
Experience in Manufacturing company; Thorough understanding and application of labor laws at the national contract level; English Advanced knowledge; Excel Advanced knowledge; Drives Engagement; Collaboration; Ensure accountability.
