Our client is an international company operating in retail sector with a brilliant develop plan in Italy.With its stores around Italy is becoming one of the main player of its market.We are looking for a HR Business Partner based in Milan The primary responsibility of the HR Business Partner Italy is to deliver commercially focused operational initiatives and operational HR to the field.
She / He will work directly with the field leadership teams, in partnership, dealing with any operational issues and implementing HR Corporate initiatives.HRBP will mainly interface with field and HR Shared Service Centre Activities:
Ø As a manager, HR Business Partner will have focus on managing operational Employee Relations, implementation of organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement, Communications and Diversity and Inclusion agendas.Build strong relationships with all levels of management, field leadership teams and European HR Teams, providing sound advice and support.Escalation for any issues that arise from employees and leadership teams seeking to resolve any issues in a timely manner.Develop strong relationships with HR teams, Recruitment, Reward, L&D, Payroll and HR Shared Services to implement and constantly improve processes, ways of working to develop collaboration and share best practice.Utilize metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement and make recommendations to enhance the HR service.Work with field leadership to advise and implement changes in organizational structures to ensure efficiency in using applicable processes and tools.Manage complex ER issues ensuring suitable resolution and outcomes achieved.Work with Shared Service Centre to put in place effective governance around disciplinary process and procedures and any other process or policy related to managing and improving employee performance.Provide coaching to field leadership on all matters relating to people management; continuously developing and enhancing management capability throughout the business, working with the L&D Manager for Europe.Ensure Talent Management initiatives and programs are implemented working in partnership with the field leadership & HR teams across functional areas of HR;Oversee the labour inspection requests forinformation, have knowledge of these requests and work with the HR Director;Partner with the HR Shared Service Centre to receive knowledge of global and local policies and regulations and identify the implications for the field;Assist the HR Director in preparing and leading any local meetings on behalf of the business, on content for agenda, setting up and holding the meetings, engaging with the union member, providing the relevant documentation and information for the meetings, reporting back to the EU HR VP;Participate in key HR initiatives and projects; Requirements:
