YOUR ROLE You will be part of the Italy Human Resources team. In this role you will be supporting the Business performances and goals achievement of the Company, by identifying the best HR strategies, in compliance with the company guidelines, to enhance managerial and leadership skills, performance culture and employee experience . An important part of your activity will be to build up and establish a strong business partnership with Managers & Team Leaders in your perimeter and define a suitable HR strategy that enables the Groups to achieve the growth goals as well as the organizational development. You will be responsible for Pro-actively supporting managers to ensure an excellent employee experience through: driving and supporting engagement (surveys); partnering with leaders to deliver timely and effective communications; recommending and implementing strategies for maintaining a positive work environment, counseling and coaching employees andmanagers regarding employee relations issues. You, as part of the Company, will be requested to Work collaboratively as One HR Team within the HR group to improve effectiveness, cohesiveness and collaboration and to ensure the best results for the business. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES The perfect candidate: holds a Master Degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology Communication, Political Sciences or Law has at least 3 years of experience in human resources roles as HR generalist or HR Business partner with extensive knowledge of all HR Topics/workstreams (i.e. Organization development, Training, Industrial Relations, etc,) holds strong communication and interpersonal skills to work, interact, and coach effectively people at all levels of the organization is problem solving, goal oriented and able to manage complexity describes him/her self as a Culture Shaper, able to model and reinforce the Leadership company culture, engaging key stakeholders to secure culture alignment, supporting implementation of change initiatives.
