The HR Business Partners will help align the organization's people strategy with its business strategy. Together with Line Managers, the HRBP will work on setting priorities, driving values and delivering business results.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…Consult with Line Management and provide daily HR guidance.Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Provide HR policy guidance.Develop training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.Design and conduct orientation programs for new hires to help them understand the company culture, policies, and procedures.Create and maintain employee development plans to help employees achieve their career goals.Coordinate employee performance evaluations and career development plans.Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and help staff meet their performance goals.Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.Suggest new HR strategies.Requirements & Preferred Qualifications…BS degree in Human Resources or related field.At least 8/10 years of experience in HR field.Proven experience with HR metrics.Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.Knowledge of SAP Success Factor is considered a plus.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical and goal-oriented approach.VRV - Chart is an equal opportunity employer...VRV – Chart Industries is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
