HR Business Partner Location: Ornago, Monza and Brianza, Italy, 20876 Company: Chart Industries Ensuring VRV - Chart's Success… VRV, part of Chart Industries Inc., is an important industrial reality present for more than 60 years in the international arena both in the design and production of pressure equipment for the Oil Gas sectors, and in the engineering and manufacture of insulation tanks for the distribution and storage of gas in the Cryogenic sector, as well as a company operating in the Automotive HNLG business.
The HR Business Partners will help align the organization's people strategy with its business strategy.
Together with Line Managers, the HRBP will work on setting priorities, driving values and delivering business results.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… Consult with Line Management and provide daily HR guidance.
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance.
Develop training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.
Design and conduct orientation programs for new hires to help them understand the company culture, policies, and procedures.
Create and maintain employee development plans to help employees achieve their career goals.
Coordinate employee performance evaluations and career development plans.
Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and help staff meet their performance goals.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Suggest new HR strategies.
Requirements Preferred Qualifications… BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 8/10 years of experience in HR field.
Proven experience with HR metrics.
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
Fluent knowledge of English.
Knowledge of SAP Success Factor is considered a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent people management skills.
Analytical and goal-oriented approach.
