Role Purpose The candidate will be included in the HR Department where they will support Human Resources management by implementing the processes defined by the Center of Expertise. The candidate will have a 360-degree view of HR processes to gain a general overview. Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership Supporting internal and external recruiting activities and reskilling projects of internal company staff. Supporting the implementation of organizational processes and constant monitoring of compliance with the assigned budget. Assisting in defining talent and performance evaluation processes. Management of administrative obligations within the agreed deadlines. Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience Knowledge of Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications Economic Degree and/or Human Resources Specializations. Fluency in English. Proactivity, ability to work in a team as well as independently, and adaptability to different situations.
