Missions Key Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment Sorting CVs and interviews Contacting schools and organising visits Drafting and disseminating job offers on the various recruitment platforms Participating in various fairs and forums Keeping all databases up-to-date and detailed Integration and Training Onboarding - welcoming newly recruited employees Organising and monitoring staff arrivals and departures Monitoring and organising compulsory training for staff Organisation of medical examinations Accommodation Managing and assigning staff to accommodation Checking accommodation (ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and good maintenance of premises) Accompanying staff to accommodation (inventory of furniture).
Administrative Management Managing employees' administrative paperwork Organising and monitoring the signing of contracts (and other documents/materials to be handed over to the employee) Organising and monitoring departures (return of uniforms, deposits).
Acting as the main point of contact for employees on all HR matters.
