MissionsKey Duties and Responsibilities RecruitmentSorting CVs and interviewsContacting schools and organising visitsDrafting and disseminating job offers on the various recruitment platformsParticipating in various fairs and forumsKeeping all databases up-to-date and detailedIntegration and TrainingOnboarding - welcoming newly recruited employeesOrganising and monitoring staff arrivals and departuresMonitoring and organising compulsory training for staffOrganisation of medical examinationsAccommodationManaging and assigning staff to accommodationChecking accommodation (ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and good maintenance of premises)Accompanying staff to accommodation (inventory of furniture).Administrative ManagementManaging employees' administrative paperworkOrganising and monitoring the signing of contracts (and other documents/materials to be handed over to the employee)Organising and monitoring departures (return of uniforms, deposits).Acting as the main point of contact for employees on all HR matters.
