Responsibilities:Inform line management about new HR policies, e.g.
site allowance, work at home policy, reward system and job classification.Discuss the outcome of performance appraisal with the objective to improve employee efficiency in the work process.Perform personnel assessments and give advice on promotion and demotion.Conduct gap analysis mainly at a personal level regarding performance and competencies leading to recruitment or developmental interventions.Conduct recruitment and exit interviews.Evaluate contract agencies on their performance, quality and costs.Set up meetings with individuals and advise management on fit-for-purpose training.Analyze the situation, discuss the dispute with both parties, and create and implement the solution after consent from manager and line management.Participate regularly in departmental meetings and conduct routine meetings with key management members in order to gather and share information with the objective to optimize the performance.About Yokogawa:Yokogawa, award winner for 'Best Asset Monitoring Technology' and 'Best Digital Twin Technology' at the HP Awards, is a leading provider of industrial automation, test and measurement, information systems and industrial services in several industries.
