This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of the Italian employment market Your role HR: Manage the full employee lifecycle administration – from contract issuing to employees departure Maintain and update employees records Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks Coordinate with benefit providers to enroll employees, process changes, and resolve issues Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, collective agreements, regulations, and company policies Stay informed about changes in labor legislation and update HR practices accordingly.
