The successful candidate will provide essential support to our HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and equipment are provided.
Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local regulations.
Help track attendance, leaves, and employee data updates.
Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.

Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining documentation for audits and inspections.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock availability.
Support communication between the local office and global teams.

Compliance Assistance: Help ensure HR and administrative processes comply with Greek labor laws and industry regulations.

Requirements Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or in progress).
Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR or administration is a plus but not required.

Basic understanding of HR practices and administrative processes.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
