Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team HR Advisor / Generalist (Hybrid) Full time, Milan, Italy This is a temporary contract position The HR Advisor/Generalist is responsible for performing HR duties, working closely with and supporting line management and employees. As a generalist, this position is knowledgeable in all HR functional areas, such as benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR policy, recruitment, and legal compliance. The HR Advisor / Generalist may represent the company in all functional areas or focus only on one or more functional areas. The HR knowledge and experience for the position are considered at an advanced level in scope.
ResponsibilitiesMaintains high knowledge on all the company's human resource policies and supports the team by managing employees' requests via HR Help Desk.Consult with managers and employees on how to apply company HR policy and legal regulations related to human resources as well as health & safety.Educate and guide functional leaders and senior leaders on legal developments and other legal aspects so they can comply with their legal obligations.Support business unit leadership with data analysis and reporting of organizational design, structure, compensation, and other factors to help incorporate and drive industry best practices within the operational unit.Participates in the development of new or revised policies and HR projects.Responsible for HR internal communications; sharing global and local initiatives including wellbeing and DE&I.Ensure that salary policy is being adhered to and that all payroll documentation is completed and processed on a timely basis.About youBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Previous experience in Human Resources.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws.D.Lgs 81/2008 previous experience will be considered a plus.SAP – Success Factors and Zucchetti knowledge will be considered a plus.Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Excellent commercial English skills.About usWe're a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
