We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR team and support on Employee Relations case management along with providing broader specialist support on Human Resource related queries to our workforce.
You will be instrumental in driving the strategic HR agenda to continually improve colleague experience whilst mitigating risk and creating a platform for future growth.
Responsibilities Providing all aspects of generalist HR advice including disciplinary grievance and performance management and coaching line managers through the process.Supporting line managers with absence management and any long term welfare discussions and occupational health reviewsBeing a point of escalation for more complex employee relations casesLeading TUPE activityConducting exit interviewsUndertaking ad hoc projects in line with company objectivesWorking with the HRD to create and implement colleague engagement initiativesReviewing policies and processes to ensure they are fit for purposeMaintaining up to date knowledge of developments in Employment Law Case Law and HR best practice and making necessary recommendationsDriving the strategic Learning and development agenda.Working closely with the Payroll ManagerBe a key point of contact with ACASDeputising for the HR Director in their absence What are we looking for 23 years (or more) of experience in a HR Advisor capacityStrong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to quickly build relationships with stakeholdersArticulate innovative and challenging mindset with strong collaborative style yet unafraid to challenge where necessaryStrong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work with high case loads.Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.TUPE experience (desireable)Remote Work : No
