You'll welcome new starts on their first day, ensure all their personnel files and documents are up to date and assist Managers with all things People related.
You will be responsible for producing contracts/leaver letters, keeping our HR system updated, new joiner inductions, coordinating with the Payroll Team and day-to-day management of the HR mailbox. You'll work closely with the international HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams to build strong working relationships and ensure process consistency and governance are maintained.

This role is based in Milan and will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
As our new People Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to:Be the first point of contact for all general employee administrative queriesManage creation of documents such as employment contracts, third party contracts, resignations, promotions, maternity/paternity, any other changes during employmentUpdate our HR database with changes to personal and employment dataSupport HR team in monthly payroll activities to ensure correct processInterface with payroll provider to ensure compliance of the timelines of all activities related to the process of payment of salaries, Funds, etcManage the storage of the documents mandated for the companySupport in the Management of people service activities and suppliersRaise and monitor POs for HR/Facilities-related invoicesTake ownership for onboarding and off-boarding our employeesMaintain and update HR policies and procedures and respond within agreed SLA'sTake involvement in ad-hoc project work as required.You'll have:Experience working in a confidential HR operations roleKnowledge of Italian employment lawExperience of reading payslips and legal charges provided for HR AdministrationStrong data entry experience within HR systemsStakeholder-focused attitudeSolutions focused with a proactive mindsetAbility to prioritise and organize your own workStrong data entry skills and attention to detailFluency in written and spoken English and ItalianExcellent customer service attitudeGreat communication skillsFlexible attitude and a real team playerIT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
