Hr Administration Specialist - Maternity Cover

Location: Milan, Italy Contract Type: Full-time, one-year maternity cover Salary: €27,000 - €30,000 per year This position is offered through Randstad Italia SpA, an outsourcing partner for Huawei Technologies Italia Srl.

Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, in full compliance with local laws and company policies.
Manage employee benefits, deductions, and tax reporting.
Maintain precise payroll records and generate required reports.
Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations.
HR Administration Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local labor laws.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
Assist with contract management, renewals, and amendments.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Compliance and Reporting Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company standards.
Prepare and submit regular payroll, headcount, and HR reports for management.
Participate in audits and resolve discrepancies as necessary
