Job Description What will you take care of? As an HR intern, you will be part of the Bosch Rexroth HR team in the Administration function:
Help shaping the future and take on responsibility : 
You will support the HR Administration team across HR processes like Onboarding , Performance management , and Offboarding ( Payroll activities, SAP tickets, new employees' requirements) You will collaborate with external suppliers , as for example job agencies and Universities, for temporary contracts and internship activation You will give general support in the organization, scheduling and operative task for different projects within the HR department You will learn the usage of the main HR & Bosch Corporate tools Experience cooperation : 
You will be part of a dynamic, positive team, that aims at offering the best support as an HR business partner Qualifications What distinguishes you? Education :
You are a recent graduate in Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering  Experience and know-how: Must have: a master use of Excel and a fluent numerical thinking Good understanding and use of main IT tools (MS Office) Good level of English (B2) Soft Skills: You are a details-oriented and a result-oriented person.
