Purpose of the internship As HR & Admin Trainee, the resource will be working closely with HR & Admin Manager to carry out the daily activities related to the Employee Lifecycle, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Training and Development, Systems & Metrics, Internal Communication, and Employee Relations. Key objectives: • Recruitment: Support talent pipeline and database management and collaborate with employer branding actions. • Onboarding of new employees: Assist HR & Admin Manager and Line Managers on creating & executing the Induction program for new joiners. • Systems & Metrics: Support Managers & HR & Admin Manager with OA/Sap • Internal Communication: Support the HR & Admin Manager in different campaigns during the year and in drafting and monitoring communication coming from HR Department. • Support with the management of day to day queries and needs from the employee population answering to emails and phone calls. • Administrative activities: check HR & Admin documents, archiving, supporting the colleagues in supervising these activities The HR & Admin Trainee will conclude the internship with a widely knowledge of labor law, collective agreement and daily activities related to the Employee Lifecycle.
