Hr Admin Specialist

Minimum Requirements: At least 2/3 years of experience in HR Admin with particular attention to Time Management.Previous experience with Kronos will be a plus.Knowledge of SAP HR and Success Factors is required.Excellent knowledge of English and Italian is necessary for daily communication in an international context.Position Summary: Administrative activities related to employee hiring, transfers, and terminations.Monthly monitoring and reconciliation of attendance and justifications.Management of sick leave, maternity leave, and accidents.Reference point for HRBP at the headquarters.Internal reference for colleagues regarding specific administrative requests (business trips, sick leave, vacations, certificates...) as well as social security and tax aspects, labor law, and contracts.Archiving of personnel documentation.What will make you successful: Good interpersonal skills with different levels of the company.Resilience.Teamwork.Good knowledge of Excel/Word.We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
