Job Description
Here in Italy, we are looking for a HR Admin & Payroll Intern, to support a team of over 80 people. You will work closely with the Junior HR Advisor and report to the Country Manager Italy.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Assist in all HR administration, with a focus on contract management, physical and digital archive; Support on payroll activities as required; Support on compensation and benefits as required; Support with the onboarding and offboarding of colleagues in Italy; Support the Office Manager on tasks assigned; Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and events. Qualifications
University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences; A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills; The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks; Proactive, outside the box thinker and solution-oriented person; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and in English; Experienced user of MS Office suite, HR systems and other collaboration tools.
