Role Description:The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across various areas of human resources, with a particular focus on recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
The selected individual will work closely with the HR team and business managers to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices.Key Responsibilities:RecruitmentManage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding of new hires.Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with line managers.Training and DevelopmentIdentify employee training needs and organize training programs and workshops.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Performance ManagementSupport the performance evaluation process, ensuring that objectives are clear and measurable.Assist managers in performance management and career development planning.Employee RelationsHandle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative issues.Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.HR AdministrationMaintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR documentation.Prepare reports and analyses on key HR performance indicators.Compliance and RegulationsEnsure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.Participate in the review and update of company HR policies.HR ProjectsParticipate in special HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, and HR digitalization projects.Collaborate with the HR team to implement new initiatives and improvements.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferably a Master's degree or HR certifications.
