Hr Admin

As a human resources admin, it will generally be your duty to support the department's human resources specialists.
Responsibilities: Organise and maintain personnel records.
Update internal and external databases (e.g.
record annual, sick or maternity leave, engagement forms on Jobsplus, etc.).
Assist in the onboarding process.
Prepare HR documents and gather new-starter documents.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors.
Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
Assist in arranging employee relocations.
Assist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g.
leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
Create references/bank letters/confirmation of probation.
Assist in work permit applications.
Support Leave Management.
Manage employee discounts and discount app.
Participate in HR projects.
Requirements: 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferred but not essential.
Basic understanding of Maltese labor laws and regulations.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Effective English communication skills.
A personal and empathic approach.
