Hr Admin

As a human resources admin, it will generally be your duty to support the department's human resources specialists.

Responsibilities:Organise and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal and external databases (e.g.
record annual, sick or maternity leave, engagement forms on Jobsplus, etc.
)Assist in onboarding processPrepare HR documents and gather new-starter documentsLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendorsAnswer employees' queries about HR-related issuesAssist in arranging employee relocationsAssist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g.
leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)Create references/bank letters/confirmation of probationAssist in work permit applicationsSupport Leave ManagementManage employee discounts and discount appParticipate in HR projectsRequirements:1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferred but not essentialBasic understanding of Maltese labor laws and regulationsStrong organisational skills with attention to detailEffective English communication skillsA personal and empathic approach
