Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience may include:Led or supervised programs including policies and procedures related to Unaccompanied Housing.Applying property management and maintenance requirements for housing facilities.Developing budget plans, determining requirements, and managing resources for operations, personnel, and maintenance functions.Developing and implementing an overall activity plan, which includes procedures for assignment, eligibility, and related activities.Developing and overseeing an effective resident relations program.Supervising MILPER and civilian staff, assigning tasks, setting performance standards, and evaluating performance.Promoting effective working relationships with UH staff, Housing Director, chain of command, Region, and other installation organizations.NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: Housing Management Series, 1173 .Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.G., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
