Housing Manager

You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the Unaccompanied Housing Division of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Directing the application of housing management principles and concepts to provide a full range of methods and processes related to housing management, planning, operation, occupancy, maintenance, and utilization of housing facilities;Directing programs in support of family housing actions (i.e., policies, procedures, budgeting, planning, and managing resources) to oversee property management and provide customer support;Preparing and reviewing contracts, contract specifications, and plans to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance;Utilizing DoD regulations, policies, and procedures related to Unaccompanied Housing Operations to provide appropriate oversight in the execution of APF funds, management, staffing/manpower, and business management.Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
