The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for the cleanliness of the hostel's bedrooms and communal areas.
Why you? None of these missions will scare you: To offer rooms, beds and bathrooms that are in a perfect state of cleanliness and available to guests on arrival.To be responsible for the quality of maintenance in communal areas (hallway, lobby…)To assist the Accommodation Manager with the running of the establishment and providing regular reports.To act as the direct contact and link between the staff, the Accommodation team and Management.To coordinate the various internal and external operations with the Front Office and the Technical departments.To act as the direct contact for the subcontracting company, check that the work is carried out correctly and ensuring that the cleaning contract is properly applied.To ensure that linen is ordered to meet operational requirements.To deliver the most perfect experience to JO&JOE customers.QualificationsBecause you've got it in you: Good mood guaranteed without reservation.A perfectly balanced sense of customer service.A passion for customer service.A keen eye for detail.A desire to learn and develop.YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE: Field of study: Hospitality.Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum.Languages required: English + Italian.Additional InformationWe're sure you know the song.
