Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Supervisor will have as responsibility the care and maintenance of the structure in accordance with the quality standards set by the company.
She / he supervises and collaborates with the team of housekeeping and room attendant for the cleaning, order and care of the rooms and the whole structure.

• Previous experience in the role of luxury hotels • Excellent communication skills, strong guest orientation • Propensity to Problem Solving • Good team work organisation and coordination skills • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English • Knowledge of the Opera management system They complete the profile: planning and work organization skills, human resource management and administration.
