Missions Key Duties And Responsibilities General: To be responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of guests and the equipment of the team Responding to guests' requests discreetly and quickly Anticipating guests' requests and expectations Ensuring customer satisfaction during their stays Participating in the cleaning and preparation of rooms Checking that the work carried out meets the hotel's quality standards, in the rooms and common areas Responsible for replenishing reserves Maintain good relations with other departments in the hotel and be a leader of your team Comply with quality standards Administrative: Inform and follow up the guest with the Reception and Reservation department Monitor stock status of linen, cleaning and hospitality products and identify procurement needs to make purchases Team management: Ensure the proper integration of employees into the team and actively participate in their training Ensure that hygiene and safety instructions in all areas are respected and followed Apply service standards and ensure their correct application to the team Define team planning and schedules Fulfill all tasks relating to the management of the team in accordance with the requirements of Management and Human Resources and in compliance with legal regulations (appraisal interviews, monitoring of tardiness and absences, development and weekly recording of attendance feedback, etc.)
