Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.About the role:The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for coordinating our Housekeeping team to ensure that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.What you will do:Ensure that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, overseeing the work of our housekeeping attendant team.Schedule and collect room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas.Inspect completed rooms according to standards.Manage glitches and coordinate work orders, ensuring sufficient supplies on guest floors.Check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and linen closets, monitoring inventory levels and completing purchase requisitions.What you bring:Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and supervisory experience within Housekeeping focusing on service quality.
