Housekeeping Executive

Job Description: Supervise the work of housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms, corridors and public areas are zero defect and adhered to the LRA standards, safety and security norms. Ensure that occupied rooms are serviced as per guest movement. Ensure departure rooms are serviced based on the arrival time of the next guest. Ensure maintenance checks and corrections are done and plan preventive maintenance. Raise store requisition to ensure team has enough supplies to keep areas ready as per standards. Check that equipment is given proper care and maintenance while being used. Adopt the established procedure for lost and found articles. Ensure adherence to environmental procedures. Coordinate single point entry. Conduct training as an ongoing process. Conduct regular and timely inventories. Maintain a record of all assets in the area of responsibility. Generate monthly reports. Ensure proper handover/communication between various shifts. Be responsible for key control and issue. Ensure that all guest complaints and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
