MSC Cruises is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Operations analyst to drive financial performance within the global hotel operations division. In this role, you'll be at the heart of analysing cost and revenue centers, enabling strategic decision-making that maximises profitability. Reporting to the Product Business Analyst and collaborating with both corporate and onboard teams, you will help streamline processes, identify growth opportunities, and directly contribute to the success of the department. Responsibilities:Analyze hotel operations performance, focusing on financial metrics and key performance indicators.Take ownership of hotel operations financial processes such as monthly closing, quarterly forecast, and yearly budget.Identify opportunities to increase profitability by improving revenue generation and cost reduction.Effectively communicate current business results to various business owners and stakeholders, collaborating with corporate and onboard senior leaders.Update reports on a weekly and monthly basis using Excel, SAP, Argo, and other relevant tools.Maintain and enhance online dashboards using platforms such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is a plus. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP database preferred.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees, and co-workers.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.VISA REQUIREMENTS:Rights to work in Italy.
