Join Starhotels and become part of our Hotel Helvetia & Bristol in the heart of Florence.
As Hotel Manager , you will be responsible for leading the effective daily operational management of the hotel services.
You will be supervising and coordinating the Heads of Department to drive efficiency of services, achieving and exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
Your responsibilities include: Supporting the General Manager to drive the team and the daily operations to provide the most memorable customer experience and to achieve the expected targets.
Addressing any customer concerns and fostering a service recovery culture to drive customer loyalty.
Assisting the development of meaningful and achievable hotel budgets and other short and long term hotel strategic goals.
Providing effective leadership to the hotel management team and to the rest of the team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded while maintaining high engagement and motivation.
Planning, directing and coordinating the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Ensuring that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to identify opportunities and drive appropriate actions to achieve efficiencies.
Holding regular briefings and meetings with the HOD team to maintain and foster an environment to share guidance/feedback and seek inputs from the team to improve both the staff and the customer experience.
Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
Proven experience in the role (at least 5 years).
Substantial background in Food and Beverage and Room Division Management.
Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results.
Knowledge of the hotel property management systems (Opera preferred).
Strong leadership skills and an inclusive style.
Problem solving and proactivity.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

English – fluently.
Additional languages are a plus.
