Hotel Manager - 4* Chain Hotel In Trieste

For a 4-star chain Hotel in Trieste, we're looking for a:Hotel ManagerYou will be reporting to the Cluster GM and will work with the team to provide exceptional guest service, continually exceeding the highest possible standards whilst overseeing the smooth running of the hotel's operations ensuring the hotels objectives are met and maintained at all times through maximising occupancy, revenue, and maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel.Main duties:Plan, implement and manage overall hotel daily operationsConduct hotel budgeting and financial planningPlan and organize hotel activities to drive salesManage and monitor hotel expensesManage and track hotel inventoryPlan and implement marketing campaigns with marketing teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with visitors and clientsBuild relationships with vendorsSuggest and implement new ideasDetermine KPIsTrack KPIs and produce reportsHire and onboard new hotel staffEvaluate staff performanceEnsure safety and adherence to rules and regulationsPrepare and manage schedules and shiftsWhat we are looking for:Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant fieldProven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant roleFluency in Italian and English.
