Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Romazzino, Belmond Hotel. The Hostess will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, maintaining excellent communication with guests, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Hostess will also need to possess strong phone etiquette and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to create a memorable experience for guests.

Qualifications

- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
- Experience in reservations and maintaining a positive guest experience
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle guest inquiries
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
