Reports to Restaurant Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include: Answering the telephone and booking reservations; Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables; Estimating wait times for guests and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting; Requirements: What You Bring: Fluent in English and Italian.
Third language required, French preferred.
Base knowledge of Italian gourmet cuisine.
Detail and guest care oriented.
Flexibility and ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
Character and passion: skilled at engaging audience.
