Reports to Restaurant Manager
**Primary Responsibilities Include**:
- Answering the telephone and booking reservations;
- Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables;
- Estimating wait times for guests and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting;
**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:
- Fluent in English and Italian. Third language required,French preferred.
- Base knowledge of Italian gourmet cuisine
- Detail and guest care oriented.
- Flexibility and ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
- Character and passion: skilled at engaging audience.
