Reports to Restaurant Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include: · Answering the telephone and booking reservations;
· Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables;
· Estimating wait times for guests and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting;
Requirements What You Bring: · Fluent in English and Italian. Third language required,French preferred.
· Base knowledge of Italian gourmet cuisine
· Detail and guest care oriented.
· Flexibility and ability to effectively adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
· Character and passion: skilled at engaging audience.
