The Steward/ess is the key member of staff to anticipate the guests' needs and fulfill their requests while ensuring an unforgettable personalized experience for every guest. This role will require wearing many hats, including housekeeping, food and beverage service, bartender, beach and pool service, valet, concierge, and personal shopping.
Responsibilities: Ensure a personalized vacation experience for guests Manage all in-home services of the guests Ensure all home, amenities, and operating systems are in order Assist with meal service Supervise home team and vendors Provide continuous oversight and quality control during each guest stay Effectively communicate with Ambassador, Guest, and Home Experience team to ensure all expectations are met Ensure consistency of service delivery and exceed expectations Relentless focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction Compensation: $25 to $35 per hour Performance Bonus Guest Gratuities Qualifications: 2 or more years of customer service experience in Luxury Hospitality, Restaurant, Yacht, or related area Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Excellent social skills and knowledge of proper etiquette Requirements: Work Authorization Job References Valid Government ID / Passport Own Transportation Kindly provide your CV in English language only.
