What to expect: As a Hospitality Operator, you will be the main reference for the information and requests and complaints of our Guests.
Main responsibilities: Responsible for all onboard services and departmental procedures (such as luggage handling, lost & found) providing accurate and timely information to Guests and effectively managing complaints providing satisfactory solutions.Perform multiple tasks without compromising the quality of delivery (such as wake-up calls, public announcements, external calls, fax, Internet, e-mail, internal and satellite calls from shore to ship, assistance with cabin safety boxes).Assist with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks assigned to the department (personal ID or passports and landing cards luggage, transfers, port agents, cash deposit, settlement of guest's payments) to guarantee company standards.Give substantial support to the Hospitality team in dealing with department priorities (such as Lost Luggage handling, Lost & Found, Class & Sub-Class List, 360° Compensation Guidelines).Use the necessary software to support all work activities (MS Office, SAPI, Oscar) to manage them in an effective and timely manner.Take an active part in a work environment that supports a successful safety culture and is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.Monitor Guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance with service standards and safety procedures. Previous experience of at least 6 months in hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service).Secondary School Diploma.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications.Comfortable in communicating in English (B2 level) and German (B2 level).Enthusiastic, a good communicator, and at ease with public speaking.
