Position Summary
In recent months, B2B has completely revolutionized its business model, approaching ho.re.ca. customers directly and starting its own digital revolution. Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting sales back office activities in different routes to market (direct and indirect).
You will also lead some new key processes in a new context with different stakeholders.
A Day in the Life of the Ho.Re.Ca Commercial Support:
In the role of Sales support, you will be the back office for the commercial department with the main two routes to market.
Direct route to market support:
• New tool, SKU, price, and inventory
• Legal process: set up process to monitor machine asset and penalty with other company departments and penalty calculation
• Contract archiving
• Special customer needs
• New tool implementation
• Communication and support
Indirect route to market support:
• Order, sell-out result monitoring
• New tool implementation
• New price, new SKU
• Communication and support
