How will you make an impact?

- Nurture genuine relationships with valuable prospects and clients with long-term perspective and a strong personal touch
- Strive for professional excellence, while sharing knowledge and passion
- Act as an international brand ambassador, with the highest level of commitment, internally and towards client
- Proactively works on networking, client hunting and clienteling activities
- Masters perfectly all steps of a sale (attract, welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)
- Adapts according to client(s) needs and motivations
- Strives to always improve and surprise the client(s)
- Deals with ease during negotiations and objections
- Transmits the passion, savoir-faire and values of the Maison
- Acts as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of After-Sales

- Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative by efficiently developing a valuable portfolio of prospects and clients
- Executes ad-hoc targeted CRM actions
- Participates to diverse client events and acts as a local and international Ambassador of the Maison

- Respects all brand and boutique policies and procedures (including inventories, set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique, VM etc)

How will you experience success with us?

Extensive previous experience in luxury Retail in a similar role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and customer needs

Enthusiastic, persuasive, socially driven, networker, passionate, curious, open-minded, respectful and humble

Team-Player approach, people-oriented mindset, flexible and adaptable, ready to move out of the comfort zone

Fluent in Italian and English
