High-End Training & Community Specialist Within the Global High Jewelry & High-End Watches (High-End) team, based in Rome, we are searching for our High-End (HE) Training & Community Specialist .
As the international point of contact, he/she will be responsible for the analysis and performance monitoring of the HE sales community, working closely with local markets, as well as animating the global HE community through impactful and relevant content sharing. He/she will also support the definition and development of our HE sales training strategy, design and overall planning and will play a key role in the preparation of global HE training sessions.
This position reports to the High-End Training & High-End Club Members Manager.
Main responsibilities: HIGH-END SALES COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & ANIMATION Animate and inspire the High-End sales community to keep HE business top of mind and nourish a sense of belonging
Analyze business of HE sales community to gauge success, identify gaps, and define areas of improvement
Constant monitoring of the HE sales community performance in collaboration with markets globally to support the development of our selling community
Organization and preparation of bi-annual meetings to review relevant HE sales community plans & budgets
Produce insightful content on our creations, collections or key events, but also on best practices, auction news, or industry news, etc. to be shared all-year round on our digital platforms to nourish the HE sales community
Manage the internal High End Community social media account and posts dynamic and engaging content with compelling visuals and captions that speak to the audience
HIGH-END TRAINING DEVELOPMENT Help design, develop and deliver HE training programs supporting the preparation of training materials, the development of course content, inviting the right audience and communicating effectively with key stakeholders, management, and trainees, in coordination with Central Training team & Jewelry Business Unit
Master the retro-planning and organization of the HE training sessions
Work on competitor benchmark analysis & definition of Bulgari key selling points vs competition
Contribute to the training budget definition for the area of reference and ensure its control
Manage a network of external suppliers for training content and tools
Support HE training team with any operational tasks
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities: University degree in business, communications, or marketing Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within international environment - experience abroad will be considered as a plus Gemstone knowledge would be considered as a plus Experience in High Jewelry or Jewelry marketing would be considered as a plus Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus) Project management, planning and organization Excellent writing skills in English Creative mindset Community animation and management Proactive approach Analytical skills Detail-oriented Flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
