Our Global Support Function Corporate Information & Quality Management is looking for a Help Desk Specialist YOU ACT Help Desk service Management of basic IT issues with the use of ticketing and asset management tools made available by the company Installation and configuration of IT devices such as laptops, workstations, smartphones, etc.
YOU KNOW Knowledge of the main IT infrastructure systems such as switches, firewalls, virtualized environments with VMware and Microsoft Windows server.
