As a Healthcare Project Team Leader, you will contribute by: Developing and achieving internal KPIs; analyzing KPIs promptly, highlighting deviations and introducing corrective actions; Managing projects in their entirety: design and planning of activities, verification of progress, strict adherence to delivery deadlines; Providing patient-centered care and facilitating patient access to services in a pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient manner, communicating with a diverse population using well-developed interpersonal skills; Facilitating patient access to medication, monitoring their adherence to therapy, and providing information about para-pharmaceutical products (by phone, chat); Implementing and delivering solutions to the relevant stakeholders (Patients, Pharmacies, Pharmaceutical companies, doctors); Managing the activity plan in the own territory accounts with respect to the laws, ethics, and compliance governing pharmaceutical professionals; Communicating effectively with team members and patients in all aspects of service; Building, monitoring, and tracking implementation of KPIs, measuring value and impact; Driving excellent usage of different channels through local omnichannel strategy, planning, and solution development; Collecting and sharing insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem; Being the contact person for ad hoc projects as required by company needs; Reporting and managing Individual Case Safety and Product Quality Compliance; Managing other team members and ensuring all employees under your management have the proper tools needed to perform and grow within their roles; Working with the rest of the management team to grow and improve short and long-term activities; Managing 3rd party contract resource arrangements; Interfacing directly with pharmaceutical companies; Developing medical information projects. Minimum Requirements: Able to make presentations in PowerPoint; Confidentiality with project documentation (reports and presentations); High proficiency in Excel; Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry and technology, pharmacy, chemistry, industrial chemistry, biological sciences, medicine and surgery, or veterinary medicine; Licensed to practice and registered to practice; Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis of medicines for at least two years in companies authorized to produce medicines; Experience in pharmacovigilance management is a plus; Dynamic person with strong value commitment and a team player with excellent communication, sales, and negotiating skills; Capacity to identify and analyze medical, scientific, and therapeutic area opportunities and problems, proposing appropriate improvements; Able to create awareness of patient journeys; Able to understand the health ecosystem and its changes over time, using that to inform access strategy and planning; Able to understand the implications of new issues and trends on stakeholders' business; Able to identify networking opportunities to enhance value offerings to patients; Problem solver with the ability to perform at a high level under pressure; Interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment; Italian native level and English C1 level, reading, speaking, writing, and understanding. Additional languages are beneficial; Able to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment; Practical mindset to find simple solutions to complex problems; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Agile, forward-thinking innovator capable of managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities; Flexibility in work schedule to complete tasks properly; Able to objectively step back from situations while maintaining attention to detail; Able to work with data and keep the customer at the heart of decisions; Motivated to work in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
